This research study examines the complex dynamics of leadership styles and their profound impact on employee motivation and organizational commitment. A mixed-method approach was applied, and a structured survey questionnaire was used to collect a data sample across Pakistan's cities. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis was conducted using SPSS software, and the result revealed significant correlations among the variables. Hence, 54.82% of the transformational leadership style is vital in fostering a motivated workforce. The transactional leadership style exhibited a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, which was 17.18%; the decisive influence of transformational leadership surpassed its impact. In contrast, servant leadership is characterized by empathy and empowerment, affecting organizational commitment by 43.97%, accentuating its potential to foster a culture of belief and engagement. However, the mediation analysis demonstrated that employee motivation partially mediates the relationship between leadership style and organizational commitment, with an indirect effect of 24.10%.
