Abstract

It has been on-the board service of this study to focus on performance dimensions (involving measurement scales or sub-variables of quantity, quality, teamwork, creativity and independence) and their influence on goal setting of an individual employee mediated by organization culture in Marketing and sales unit of MNCs companies of Sindh, Pakistan. Study aims to inquire how an individual employee associates his/her work attitude displayed for the accomplishment of his/her goals towards the performance dimensions (quantity, quality, teamwork, creativity & independence) of job with organization culture. Quantitative method is used with survey of 410 respondents working on the designation of different marketing and sales job for the different MNCs in fast moving consumer goods industry, Sindh, Pakistan. For reliability and validity of constructs, composite reliability and Cronbach Alpha used. Software of SmartPLS-3 used for analysis of hypothesis through PLS-3. The study aimed to consolidate all teamwork outcomes and provide recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of working teams. The focus was on aligning tasks with the importance of relevant factors. Statistical analysis of outcome dimensions (independent variables) revealed promising growth opportunities for firms to invest in resources based on their organizational needs and values. This investment could support performance improvement, goal setting, preparation for future innovation challenges, or developing effective decision-making strategies.
