Abstract

This research paper explores how learning tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) can help decrease the workload of teachers, and to increase the academic performance of students. Implementation of AI tools, including chatbots, Magic School AI, and Gradescope, has gained a greater significance in enhancing the quality of teaching, promoting professional growth of the teacher, and inclusive teaching-learning environments. AI-based technologies can help a teacher to save time and energy and focus more on student-centered pedagogy by automating the routine instructional and administration processes. The research will also seek to solve the professional dilemmas of teachers by exploring the role of AI-friendly learning tools in enhancing the teaching-learning outcomes. Data were gathered using a quantitative research design by use of a structured questionnaire that was administered to 85 educators. The data were analyzed using the t-tests and correlation analysis as descriptive statistical methods. The results indicate a positive significant relationship between the AI tools that are teacher friendly, less workload of teachers and high academic outcomes of students. The findings suggest that artificial intelligence tools help in a customized learning process, immediate evaluation and instant feedback and detecting learning gaps in students, which eventually lead to improved academic performance. The paper has emphasized the significance of integrating AI-based instructional aids in educational institutions to ensure effective learning outcomes and ensure that competent and capable individuals are developed and are in a position to add value to the national development as opposed to obtaining a degree.
