A growth mindset is the belief that abilities can be developed through effort and persistence. Students with this mindset perceive challenges as opportunities for growth, which fosters optimism and a sense of school connectedness. The positivist paradigm guided this study. The researcher used a structured quantitative tool. The Likert scale was directly administered to all 95 enrolled students. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between growth mindset, school connection, and optimism. This suggests that believing in the ability to improve through effort and persistence has a positive impact on both students’ social and emotional well-being.
